Brewers Sewer was fantastic! From my initial contact when they helped me find someone to clear my sewer line to the completion of a new liner, they were helpful, friendly and professional. Ruben showed me what the problems were with the aid of the camera. He then gave a detailed estimate at a reasonable price and scheduled the work right away. The crew was timely and the project site was kept neat and tidy so I could access my garage. The workers kept me informed of their progress. I highly recommend.
Brewer's Sewer Repair relined our concrete side sewer from the house to the city connection and installed new exterior cleanouts. From start to finish the project was well-run. Communication was excellent. Outcome was as promised with a final visit to look at the results together. Cleanup restored 100% of the disturbed soil and garden bed. Overall highly recommend this company.
Our drains were backing up and discovered the sewer line was the root cause of the problem. In distress, I reached out to Brewer’s Sewer Repair for a second option & estimate and I am SO GLAD that I did.
The experience for the moment Talia answered my call was vastly different from my initial experience with a different company. She treated me with kindness, understanding and respect while intaking all the information. She promptly sent Ruben out at no charge to access the situation, provide a second option and options. (Options?!? What, this was unheard of - the first company I contacted just slapped down a 15k bill and pressured me into moving forward on the spot.) This was not case with Brewer’s. Ruben was GREAT, he video scoped my line, explained everything that he was seeing including the my neighbors sewer easement and crossed referenced with City of Seattle records. Ruben provided a hydro jet cleaning option to address the and solve the immediate problem (I appreciate that he lead with a cost effective option rather than just slapping down a huge bill for 15k).
The next day, Brewers sent out a crew to hydro jet my line and while they were able to get through some of the root mass, more work was needed and sent out a second crew with a “knocker” tool to get through the remaining root mass. Brewer’s Sewer Repair honored their original price for the initial hydro jet cleaning even when additional work, technology/tools and a 2nd team were required to get the job done right! Ruben came out while the second team was here and provided long term options to address the problem as well as an option of yearly cleaning. Our immediate problem was solved and we had ample time and options to think about.
Brewer’s Sewer Repair does business right - with integrity, knowledge, skill and great work!!! After contacting and working with other companies, Brewers Sewer is by far the BEST and come HIGHLY recommended. Save yourself some time, money and stress and make Brewer’s your first call, I wish I did.
